Alder & Flax is a storefront for a label with a small range and something to say about how it's made. Belgian linen, merino wool, 4 garments, free repairs for life.
The structure suits that kind of brand. Each product has a real page rather than a pop-up, the collections split the range without hiding anything, and there's a dedicated care and repair section, which is the part most shop templates leave out and the part a durability claim needs.
Say what it doesn't do, because it matters here. There's no payment provider connected and no order database. The cart, the product pages and the signup are built and designed; taking money and storing orders is the step you add next, and Stripe is one of the integrations available when you're ready.
Until then it's a shopfront rather than a shop, and that's genuinely useful for a pre-launch label taking a waiting list.
