Most portfolio templates are a grid. This one is a sequence. Images take the full frame and you move through them, which is closer to how a photographer would show you a body of work in person.
It's organised as 2 collections, at work and everyday, so a portrait practice and a personal one can live on the same site without competing. Captions carry the sitter's name and the year, because in portraiture that's part of the picture.
The trade is real and worth naming. A carousel shows fewer images at once than a grid does, so it rewards a tight edit. If you want 60 pictures visible immediately, look at the Ferro Studio masonry portfolio instead.
Swap the photographs by chatting to the site, and export the source whenever you want to host it elsewhere.
