Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Platform to build, host, or generate anything that:

• is illegal, or facilitates illegal activity, in a jurisdiction where you operate or the content is served;
• infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights;
• constitutes fraud, phishing, or another deceptive scheme, including impersonating a real person or organization without authorization;
• contains malware, or is designed to gain unauthorized access to a system or account;
• sexually exploits or endangers minors, in any form — this is never acceptable, without exception;
• promotes or facilitates violence, self-harm, or discrimination against a protected group; or
• is designed to harass, threaten, or bully a specific individual.

You may not:

• attempt to bypass rate limits, usage limits, or security controls;
• probe, scan, or test the Platform's infrastructure for vulnerabilities without our prior written permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the Platform, or the applications of other users;
• resell or provide access to the Platform to third parties in a way not authorized by your plan; or
• use automated means to extract data from the Platform beyond normal, intended use.

Vorx generates code and content using AI models. You're responsible for reviewing what you publish, including that it doesn't misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where that would be misleading or unlawful, and that generated content complies with the rest of this policy — the fact that it was AI-generated doesn't create an exception.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate an account that violates this policy, with or without notice depending on severity, as described in our Terms of Service. We assess reports and violations in good faith based on the information available to us at the time.
