Frequently asked questions

You’ll get a first response within 24 hours of emailing support@vorx.com, seven days a week — weekends included. Complex issues can take longer to fully resolve, but you’ll never wait more than a day to hear from us.

Start with the docs and guides above, or email support@vorx.com for help with account, billing, and platform issues — first response within 24 hours, every day of the week. Paid plans get priority.
