Report Misuse

If you believe an application built with Vorx, or someone's use of the Vorx platform, violates our Acceptable Use Policy — including phishing, malware, illegal content, or abuse of Vorx's own infrastructure — tell us. Reports are reviewed by our team; this page is not for general product support (see Support instead).

1. How to report

Email legal@vorx.com with:

  • the URL of the application or page in question (a Vorx-hosted app's domain, or the specific vorx.com page);
  • what policy you believe it violates, and why;
  • any evidence that supports the report (screenshots, links, message headers for phishing/spam); and
  • your contact information, in case we need to follow up.

We do not require you to have an account with Vorx to file a report.

2. Urgent or active harm

If a report involves an immediate safety risk, active fraud in progress, or content involving the exploitation of a minor, say so at the top of your message — those reports are prioritized. Content involving child sexual abuse material should also be reported to the relevant national authority (for example, the Internet Watch Foundation or NCMEC) in addition to Vorx.

3. What happens after you report

We review reports against our Acceptable Use Policy and may remove content, restrict a project, or suspend an account as a result — see Enforcement in that policy. We don't share the outcome of every review publicly, but we do act on credible, specific reports.

4. Intellectual property claims

If your report is a copyright or trademark claim rather than a general misuse report, include the same detail above — the specific work, the infringing URL, and your basis for the claim — sent to the same address.
