Vorx provides an AI platform for building software. This policy applies to personal information we handle through our website and Platform. We may update this policy from time to time; when we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by additional means where required by law.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide. Account details (such as name and email), the content and prompts you submit, files you upload, billing information, and any information you share when you contact us or fill in a form.
• Information collected automatically. Technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, and interactions with the Platform, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Information about prospects. For business development, we may collect limited professional information (such as name, work email, and job title) from public sources and third-party providers.

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: (a) performance of a contract with you; (b) steps taken at your request before entering a contract; (c) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Platform; (d) compliance with legal obligations; and (e) your consent, for example for certain marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.

We use personal information to:

• provide, maintain, and operate the Platform and your account;
• process transactions and send related communications;
• provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• secure the Platform and detect, prevent, and investigate fraud and abuse;

• when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Vorx, our users, or others.

We maintain technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support marketing.

Cookies that are strictly necessary to run the Platform — such as those that keep you signed in or remember your theme — are set without asking, because the Platform cannot work without them.

Analytics cookies are different. On our website we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read, and those cookies are only set if you agree. The first time you visit we ask, and nothing is stored until you choose. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer, or by clearing cookies and site data in your browser. Declining does not limit anything on the site.

Vorx operates globally, and your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers in accordance with applicable law.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; in Ireland, that is the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

The Platform is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
